Retained executive search success requires agility, resourcefulness, and a thorough understanding of the distinct characteristics of each market. Our knowledgeable executive search consultants, our combined decades of experience, and our innovative search process allow us to consistently achieve results for our clients. In addition, we’ve developed an extensive global network. This enables us to identify and recruit talented executives around the world. Our firm was founded on a pledge of integrity, quality, and success, based in the values shared by our consultants. Those promises can be fulfilled, in part, by combating the historical and institutional factors that have often obstructed many candidates. As a Certified Women Owned Small Business, we take our mission to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion seriously. Respect and transparency are priorities in every interaction our team has with every person, both client and candidate.
Equity and access are not only fundamental to creating a just society, they are also imperative for organizational success. Organizations are strengthened by the varied perspectives gained from leadership teams representing diverse backgrounds. Aligning our actions with our values, a diverse pool of qualified candidates is always imperative during our search process. By leveraging our vast experience, we have a solid track record of presenting clients with candidate slates representing our modern world. As proof of concept, over 60% of our placements in the last three years have been from historically underrepresented populations.
At Shelli Herman and Associates, Inc., we firmly believe that high quality work produces high quality placements. Our 98% retention rate has proven it. Our dedication to personal attention, agility, and quality is why our clients return to us repeatedly despite having other less expensive options available.
